Erythritol is a four-carbon sugar alcohol, which is a filler sweetener. Erythritol is obtained from wheat, corn and other starch by safe and appropriate edible grade hyperosmotic yeast such as Moniliella pllinis, Candida lipolytica, or Tricho sporonoides megachilensis at high concentration (>450g/L), purified, crystallized, washed and dried。
The product is white crystalline powder, with refreshing sweet taste, not easy to absorb moisture, stable at high temperature, stable in a wide range of PH, when dissolved in the mouth has a mild cool feeling, suitable for a variety of food.

molecular weight, most of it can be absorbed quickly in the cerebellum but is not metabolized and is quickly
excreted in the urine.
2、Erythritol cannot be used by oral bacteria and is not harmful to teeth. In addition, the mean glycemic index
and mean insulin index of erythrolitol were lower than that of xylitol, so erythrolitol had less effect on blood
sugar and had antioxidant activity. Erythritol is not harmful to the kidneys.
