Ethyl Ester (EE) Omega 3 fish oil is an artificially synthesized Omega-3 fish oil, while natural fish oil is extracted from the fat of fish. EE fish oil is a result of a chemical reaction that converts natural fish oil into its methyl ester or ethyl ester form to enhance its purity and concentration.
